The concept of juggling

 

The concept of juggling is brought into Mortal Kombat. The idea is so popular that it has widely spread to many games and even other genres. Juggling is featured by the game rule that if a character is forced into the air, its player lose the control of the character and is vulnerable to other hits. The aim to put forward the idea of juggling is to better knock enemy into the air and then take other combats moves to keep them there. Theoretically, player’ opponent can be juggled to death without causing any damages to the player. However, it is extremely difficult to make it in practice. In early versions of the game, juggling was extremely easy because characters are caused to fly upwards when hit. However, by version 5.0, however, characters are facing more realism, and also fall more rapidly with successive hits, and effectively juggles are limited to 3 hits under normal circumstances.
