Corporate clans of self –contained nature tend to last long. Clans of this type are devoted to obtaining items or money. Elite corporate clans are usually selected while less established clans do not prefer to do so. The leadership group is in charge of recruitment, resource allocation, discipline, strategic, and tactical decisions during the course of the game. Long term cohesion generally is sustained by the sense of community created by members of both clans. This long term cohesion also contributes to execution in battle scenarios, because as the cumulative of experience is higher and higher, corporate model clans are more powerful. Efficient division of labor plays a vital role on the success of a corporate clan. In Corporate clans, there may be a communal bank under the control of one or all of the leaders. The bank is to collect resources including currency or items, and is used to reinforce good behavior and play among rank and file members.
